The powder includes the following ingredients, mass percent: diphenylamine - 1.0 to 2.0, potassium sulfate - 0.1 to 0.5, dimethacrylate (bistriethylene glycol) phthalate - 2.2 to 4.1, graphite - 0.05 to 0.15, volatile matters - 1.4 to 3.2, high-nitrogen nitrocellulose - the rest, the porosity of multichannel powder grains in limited within 5.0 to 8.5%, and the volatile matters structurally comprise, mass percent: removable ethyl alcohol - 1.0 to 1.6 (water - 0.5 to 1.5 inclusive) and diethyl ether - 0.4 to 1.6.
