FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fruit-berry dessert that can be used under autonomic conditions of existence. Dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, sodium chloride, roasted milled almond kernels, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Mortierella alpina biomass, boiled oat flakes and water. Then method involves processes of homogenization, sublimation drying, crushing and package of obtained mixture at aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic containers made of combined film material of type "Mailar". EFFECT: broadened assortment of fruit-berry desserts.
