SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel ascomycins of the general formula (I) where Y means phenylene; Z is taken among carboxyl and physiologically hydrolyzable hydroxycarbonyl or alkyl, alkoxyl, alkylamino- or dialkylamino-group carrying from 1 to 4 carboxylic or physiologically hydrolyzable hydroxycarbonyl groups: Q-C or S; R1 is H, alkyl or aryl; R2 is hydrogen atom or hydroxyl; R3 is methyl, ethyl, propyl or allyl; R4 is hydroxyl or alkoxyl-group; R5 is oxo-group or (H, OH); R6 is oxo-group, (H, OH) or (H, alkoxyl-group); n is the whole number 1 or 2 and these compounds are in free from or as in pharmaceutically acceptable form. Compounds show anti-inflammatory activity. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
