FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilizing musculus rectus femoris tendon. Kneepan and its ligament are mobilized with the former being separated from the attachment point. Two grafts are cut out, the first one being taken from the musculus rectus femoris tendon and the second one from inner side of the fibrous kneepan capsule. The grafts are conducted over the internal edge of the kneepan. The grafts are attached to the internal femoral condyle in intraosseous way. Kneepan ligament is 1.5-2 cm shifted inward and attached to the tibia in subperiosteal way without germinal zone being injured. EFFECT: high accuracy of fixation; prevented complications and recidivation occurrence. 4 dwg
