SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring posterior cruciate ligament in case of its rupture. One should form an osseous canal through distal femoral metaepiphysis and proximal tibial metaepiphysis coming from inside outwards and from the rear to the front part by repeating anatomically the route of posterior cruciate ligament. Through the canal developed one should apply an allotenton to apply its distal end through the thickness of patient's patellar ligament and patellar osseous canal followed by fixation with transossal sutures. Application of the present method enables to restore complete set of movements in patient's knee joint, achieve its stability and increase the power of femoral quadriceps.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
