FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out cross-sectional subcondyloid tibial osteotomy with a tenon on its proximal fragment. Distal fragment should be shifted along osteotomy line towards outside, and a tendon is introduced there. Shin is directed outwards till leveling the axis of a limb. The space developed between the fragments should be filled with osseous allotransplants as a fencing, their proximal ends don't reach growth area for 1-1.5 cm that stimulates proximal tibial growth area at resetting varus deformation.
