FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition has 12-30 mg/ml of cyclosporin A or budesonide and 130-375 mg/ml of phospholipid in superpure water. Composition is placed into sprayer capacity. The second variant of composition: about 21.3 mg/ml of cyclosporin A and up to 160 mg/ml of dilaurylphospha-tidylcholine of initial concentration in sprayer. The third variant: up to 12.5 mg/ml of budesonide and up to about 187.5 mg/ml of dilauroylphosphatidylcholine of initial concentration in sprayer. The range of liposome particles as measured by aerodynamic diameter of median mass is from about 1.0 mcm to about 3.0 mcm. Invention ensures to prepare the concentrated compositions with high doses of active substances that provides maximal productivity of aerosol preparation based on thereof.
