FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and accessories, particularly to shut-off gates. Proposed device comprises closed inflatable cylindrical chamber, its enclosure being made from flexible material and features ledge-like circular seals. Cylindrical part of inflatable chamber is made from polymer-coated reinforced material, e.g. rubber-coated fabric, cut to make cutting line be located at an angle to fabric warp varying from 25° to 75°. Aforesaid circular seals have outer layer made from material that feature Shore hardness less than 10, and inner sealing edges with Shore hardness exceeding 50.
EFFECT: reliable cutting-of of pipelines.
