FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition subjecting for erosion and providing a curve of release of the zero order. Composition has therapeutically active substance with water solubility 80 mg/ml, not above, at 25 C, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose derivative and erosion modifying agents. The choice of latters depends on drug solubility. Composition includes also medicinal filling agents, for example, lactose and polyoxyalkylene derivatives of propylene glycol and other inert substances, for example, binding and lubricating agents.
