FIELD: vortex flow stabilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention designed for stabilization of vortex flow can be used in different industries for obtaining and stabilizing vortex flows, for instance, in swirling-type furnaces, centrifugal bubbling gas cleaners, oil transportation pipelines and similar devices. Method of stabilization of vortex flow includes tangential supply of gas through slot channels and control of gas parameters. At control of parameters, tangential component of vortex flow velocity and flow section are changed to provide optimum values by changing capacity of tangential slot channels by simultaneously displacing all channel elements in plane perpendicular to direction of vortex flow. Required section of slot channels is set by radial displacement of channel elements and their turning around axes coinciding with direction of vortex flow.
