SUBSTANCE: device contains housing, lever, drive device, movable cutting edge and fixed rack-shaped cutter, pressure device made of vertically secured rod screwed into the housing of the device with its one end and resting on the plate with the other end. The plate is mounted into the lever for turning with the respect to vertical axis and bears onto two rolling-contact bearings placed inside boss slot. EFFECT: reduced force of pressure of the clamping device, friction force in conjugated parts, and power capacity, enhanced reliability of the device. 3 dwg
