SUBSTANCE: device has housing, driving mechanism, lever, movable knife, unmovable comb, and pressing mechanism. The pressing mechanism is made of vertically mounted thrust rod. One end of the rod is screwed in the housing, and the other abuts against the plate. The bottom plate bears on three roller bearings set in the separator on the boss. The boss, lever, and roller bearings are set in reciprocation. The front bearings are arranged so that their vertical axes do not reach the axis of the thrust rod when the lever is at end positions.
