FIELD: diary and meat, food, microbiological and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment designed to take and keep microsamples on surface. Device to take microsamples on surface has sample-taking injector and microelectronic control circuit. It is fitted with additional injector to feed physiological solution on to tested surface. Sample-taking injector and additional injector are mounted in symmetry relative to sides of housing. Brush made of fishing-line capron 1.0 mm in diameter and 12.0 mm long is mounted for rotation between injectors. Device makes it possible to take effectively microflora from any examined surface, solid or liquid, and to accelerate process of microsample taking without any additional operations, to store microsamples in quantity for further investigation. Device is simple in operation, handling and sanitary treatment. EFFECT: effective microsample taking from any solid or liquid surface. 2 dwg
