FIELD: milling. SUBSTANCE: invention relates for milling of vegetable or animal products after vacuum drying. Method includes mixing and grinding in grinder. Grinding is provided by L-coordinate vibrator operating within frequency range of 35 - 55 Hz and acoustical resonator operating within frequency range of 15-20 kHz by means of which cavitation in product under grinding is provided. EFFECT: improved quality of grinding of vacuum-dried products. 2 dwg
