FIELD: cleaning processes with use of ultrasonic oscillations, possibly in different branches of industry for cleaning contaminated surfaces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes technological bath, ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers and damper suppressing parasitic bending oscillations. Bath is filled with cleaning liquid. Irradiating planes of transducers and dampers are rigidly joined with plane of outer surface of bath bottom. Damper of parasitic bending oscillations is in the form of coating made of mixture of epoxy resin adhesive, finely dispersed silicon-containing compound and fine aluminium powder and it is placed on the whole surface of bath bottom free from transducers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of suppressing parasitic bending oscillations, improved uniformity of distributing acoustic field inside bath, simplified design of apparatus. 2 cl, 1 dwg
