FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle controls. SUBSTANCE: handle has rod and mechanical part for connection with engine. Handle has electrical part with valve and switch elements designed to control flows of energy carriers from engine to working members, and with elements designed to preclude unauthorized switching on engine starting motor and switching off electromagnetic interlock of end piece- lock. First contacts of electrical part are located on first plates forming multi-edge sectional hollow cone with color marks and figures of plates forming the cone. Second contacts are located on multiple-edge second plates with color marks and figures which are designed for alignment with color marks and figures on plates forming the cone. Third contacts are arranged on separate flexible power elements. Second plates are designed for attachment of handle to ball support. Mechanical part has housing with dial plate and it is designed for connection to shutter in channel along which fuel is delivered into engine. EFFECT: enhanced safety of vehicle control. 3 cl, 11 dwg
