FIELD: shipbuilding; designing high-speed vessels with rotor-and-cylinder engines using aerodynamic and hydrodynamic lift forcers. SUBSTANCE: vessel has hull with hydrofoils and aerodynamic lifting force. Vessel is outfitted with compartments for engine room, galley, cargo, crew, control room, fuel tank, engines and propeller. Propeller shaft is secured on struts under bottom is rotor-and-cylinder hydraulic or pneumatic engine, steam engine, or gas-and-air motor or electric motor. Engine is used for driving the propeller shaft making use of energy carrier from engine arranged in hull. Hydrofoils form space truss. Vessel hull may have polygonal, round, horseshoe-shaped, ellipsoid continuous or split shape in plan and aircraft wing in longitudinal section. Hull of vessel may be provided with detachable bottom, well with portlights and lighting fixtures. Hull may be provided with cargo hoisting mechanisms for hoisting or lowering the detachable bottom, cargoes, equipment, boats, anchor with weighting material, sweeps, grips or protective screens. EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of fuel for transportation of cargoes; reduced usage of materials, reduced consumption of labor required for building and handling the vessel; increased speed of vessel and enhanced navigational safety. 3 cl, 18 dwg
