FIELD: biotechnology, L-amino acids. SUBSTANCE: L-amino acids, such as L-phenylalanine or L-threonine are prepared by culturing microorganism Escherichia coli with enhanced ability for producing L-amino acids. Then amino acids are isolated from cultural fluid. Strains of microorganism Escherichia coli AJ 12739 (pAYCRER-YEDA2) and MG 442/pYEDA1 show the enhanced ability for producing L-phenylalanine and L-threonine, respectively.
