FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has femoral part having fixing pins and plastic tibial part placed in metal tray attached to tibia with pin or screw. Distal surface of the femoral part has logarithmic helix generatrix. Internal surface of the femoral part has conic helix generatrix. The tibial part has trough-like convex part which distal arc surface is built corresponding to descending movement of the logarithmic helix generatrix of the femoral part. Medial arc surface having trough-like convex part is built in correspondence with descending movement of the logarithmic helix generatrix of the femoral part.
