FIELD: construction of various structures on reservoirs covered with ice. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame-mounted cutting part provided with chain-type cutting element 4, deepening mechanism 6, and frame displacement mechanism 7with flexible link 8; it also has electric drive motor. Frame has central ski section hinged to side ski sections joined to stop pins of their positions. In addition, cutting part is provided with removable cutting disks 5. Displacement mechanism has running wheels 11 coupled with hydraulic jacks 14 for their lifting and lowering, pulleys 9 installed on output shaft extensions of worm gearing and enclosed by flexible link 8, and gear-transmission sprockets for driving running wheels 11.
