SUBSTANCE: the device has a means for measuring the vehicle speed along the roadway and a means of cameras connected to it for fixing the vehicle image. Provision is also made for means for determining the lateral position of the vehicle on the mentioned roadway; the control of cameras is accomplished as a function of the mentioned lateral position.
