FIELD: cutting of metal band, board, paper, polyethylene film, etc. SUBSTANCE: device contains block of cutting knifes which are mounted with radial overlap on two shafts. The shafts rotate in the opposite direction to each other. One of them is provided with knives fixed from axial movement, the other is provided with knives mounted between the knives of the first shaft. Dividing chaser and power- operated rollers are mounted after the block of knives and are meant for pulling the strips from the cutting zone.
