FIELD: performing operations; electric elements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of thermal chemical current sources and can be used in production processes thereof. Device for cutting elmicatex gaskets for thermal chemical current sources consists of a housing and fixed on it material supply device, feed guides, upper shaft, shears, protective casing, receiving device. Lower shaft and a control unit are installed inside the housing. Receiving device is made in the form of a box with a perforated bottom, which is fixed by brackets to the protective casing. Device is equipped with a source of air supply to the box with temperature of 100-120 °C and capacity of 0.5 l/min.

EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity of production due to reduction of time for drying of cut gaskets.
