SUBSTANCE: in case of operation of vehicle emergency pickups signals are directed to radio transceiver from which they are transmitted to similar transceivers of other vehicles or to stationary road side transceivers. Simultaneously, constantly operating vehicle video camera is switched over by emergency control radio signal and transmitted radio signal switches over similar video cameras of near vehicles or stationary road side video cameras for recording of nearest fragments of video information before and after accident from on-like storage into video information storage. Then indicated fragments of video information are read off from all systems of traffic accident shooting covered by radio signal and are viewed on monitor. EFFECT: provision of complete and unprejudiced restoration of cause and development of traffic accident owing to video shooting from different angles of approach. 16 cl, 2 dwg
