SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing fixed cathode (whose profile corresponds to profile of ready part) coaxially relative to fixed cylindrical blank-anode spaced one from another by distance equal to interelectrode gap; selecting value of interelectrode gap in depending upon radius value of cylindrical blank; applying unipolar or bipolar electric current rectangular pulses to interelectrode gap at continuously pumping electrolyte through said gap; selecting amplitude-time parameters of electric current according to condition of achieving potential of anode material dissolving at distance from cathode surface less than maximum value of interelectrode gap Δ.; setting duration of working process equal to time period of achieving maximum value Δ. along the whole interelectrode gap.
