FIELD: medicine, particularly, systems of measurement of arterial pressure. SUBSTANCE: method of measuring blood pressure in pulsatory artery includes application of varying force to artery. Parameters of pressure signal are determined by obtaining data on pressure signal, detection of pressure signal. Using obtained parameter, blood pressure is measured. System for measurement of blood pressure has transducer with chamber of pressure detection filled with fluid medium with constant volume, means for application of force to transducer, sensing means for pressure detection in detection pressure, means for shaping of signals corresponding to detected pressure values in detection chamber and means for processing of signals. EFFECT: higher accuracy in measurement of blood pressure, continuous and noninvasive determination of blood pressure without complications and extra expenditures. 18 cl, 11 dwg
