FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics and anthropology; applicable in determination of foot deformation and last shape in shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: man foot shape is determined by installation of feet onto working surface of optically transparent and horizontally positioned plane-parallel supporting plate of said device and registration of image of feet sole surfaces reflected in at least one mirror located under supporting plate at angle of 45 deg to it. Placed preliminarily onto working surface of supporting plate is calibration plate with flat dull reflecting surface. Three-dimensional system of optically contrast strips is projected onto calibration plate at preset angle, image in mirror is registered and calibration values in numbers are obtained. Then also projected onto feet sole surface installed on working surface of supporting plate is three-dimensional system of optically contrast strips and three-dimensional model of feet sole surface is restored in numbers by registered images with the help of units of image registration and processing data with consideration of calibration values. Feet surface is estimated by parameters of three-dimensional models of feet sole surface. EFFECT: higher accuracy and reduced time required for determination of man feet shapes under load due to obtaining of three-dimensional model of feet sole surfaces. 7 cl, 5 dwg
