SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of the formula (I) where R¹ is phenyl substituted with one or more substitutes each of that is taken independently each of other among alkoxy-group from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, cycloalkoxy-group from 3 to 10 carbon atoms; R² is H, alkyl from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, benzyl; R³ is cycloalkylene from 4 to 9 carbon atoms, unsubstituted o-phenylene or o-phenylene substituted with one or more substitutes each of that is taken independently among nitro-group, amino-group; R⁴ is -CO-, -CH₂-; n = 2 under condition that the compound of the formula (I) can not mean 3-phthalimido-3-(3',4'-dimethoxy- -phenyl)-propane-1-ol. These compounds are inhibitors of PDE-IV and TNF and therefore they can be used as immunotherapeutic inhibitors.
