SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnostics of periodontitis severity in patients with bronchial asthma. For which the mature (EN-PO) and early (DPOH) neutrophils in saliva and flushed from oral cavity patients not receiving and receiving hormonal preparations. At that, for patients not receiving hormonal preparations, while reducing EN-PO on 1.1-1.5 % with respect to norm and increasing DPOH on 2.0-4.1 % with respect to norm is diagnosed mild degree of periodontitis, moderate degree-at reduced EN-PO on 6.4-10.4 % with respect to norm and increasing DPOH on 6.7-10.2 % with respect to norm, severe periodontitis-while reducing EN-PO on 11.4-14.2 % in relation to normal value and increase DPOH on 12.5-17.0 % relative to normal for patients receiving hormonal preparations, mild degree is diagnosed with reduction of EN-PO on 5.2-9.2 % in relation to normal value and increase DPOH on 5.0-7.9 % with respect to norm, middle-while reducing EN-PO on 10.6-14.6 % with respect to norm and DPOH at level of norm, while heavy-while reducing EN-PO on 16.7-20.2 % with respect to normal and decreased DPOH on 10.7-12.7 % with respect to norm.

EFFECT: invention enables assessing severity of periodontitis in patients with bronchial asthma.
