SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hollow cylindrical insulating casing, upper and lower flanges with central axial bores, first and second power terminals made in the form assembly of cylindrical base and projecting post the latter being secured on one end in center of cylindrical base which is installed so that its projecting post enters central axial bore of respective flange; the latter is electrically connected by means of flexible conductor to projecting post; apparatus also has at least one spring mounted on projecting post of one of terminals that rests on cylindrical base of terminal and on inner surface of respective flange bottom.
