SUBSTANCE: device has insulating case provided with annular depressions in its top and bottom parts; upper lid mounted in top part of insulating case, lids having cylindrical side surfaces with inner annular projection on bottom part and bottom made in the form of truncated cone with acute angle between generating lines of cylinder and truncated cone; minimum one nonlinear resistor placed inside insulating case and connected through its top part to first power lead and through its bottom part, to second power lead; sealing compound inside insulating case.
