FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with studying serial histological sections of cerebral racemous arteriovenous malformations, these serial sections are treated with a standard antibody to endothelial factor (von Willebrand's factor) to reveal the presence of brown- colored endothelial cells between the vessels. In case these cells are absent no possibility for relapses is diagnosed, in case such cells are present it is necessary to conduct the incubation of sections with a standard antibody to antigen of proliferating cells' nuclei, nuclei of brown-colored endothelial cells are revealed to diagnose the possibility for relapse of cerebral racemous arteriovenous malformations. EFFECT: more precise diagnostics upon operational and pathological material. 3 dwg
