FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% proof mixture by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water in mixing tank, and introduction of 65.8-% sugar syrup there. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and after proof correction is pumped over in supply tank and then to carbon-cleaning battery for cleaning with activated carbon. Lactose is dissolved in softened water and mixed with fructose preliminarily dissolved in softened water and finally dissolved in hot alcohol, and in the form of lactose-fructose mixture is added in finishing tank. The vodka is thoroughly mixed and its proof is controlled and corrected, and after it the product is finally filtered and bottled. The ingredients are used in ratio per 1000 dal of prepared product: fructose, 4.8-5.2 kg; lactose, 0.4-0.6; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 9.0-9.5 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water at the rate of blend proof equal to 40%.
