SUBSTANCE: vodka "Ocharovanny Strannik" contains the following components per 1000 dal: glucose, 2.9-3.1 kg; tartaric acid, 0.09-0.11 kg; infusion of oat groats, 3.9-4.1 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5 l; vanillin (1:100), 0.09-0.11 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% strength of blend. Proposed vodka is transparent, and possesses soft harmonic taste and vodka aroma. Ingredients of vodka show synergism displaying in reduction of alcohol scent and in increasing vodka stability, and in its transparency.
