FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly preparation of catalysts, carriers of medicines, nanoconductors and nanosemiconductors. SUBSTANCE: ordered structure unasoporous matrix-forming molecular sieves mcm, FSM-16 are coated with substance containing carbon, boron or carbon nitride, metal or silicon carbide. In preparing non-porous materials, substance is applied in amount sufficient for full filling of matrix mesopores. In preparing porous materials, substance is applied in amount insufficient for full filling of matrix mesopores. In preparing hollow or solid nanostructurizing materials, e.g. carbon nonotubes the resulting matrix is removed in acid or alkaline medium. In preparing carbon nanostructurized materials, carbon after being applied onto matrix is further graphitized. The resulting materials have constant and controllable sizes; outer diameter is 3-150 nm depending on pore size of pore-forming matrix, and inner diameter is 0-140 nm. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 11 cl, 6 ex
