SUBSTANCE: the racks of the frame are conjugated with toothed semicircles of radius larger than radius of the gear on the amount equal or more exceeding half of the tooth height. The frame has longitudinal and lateral reciprocal motion. The extreme positions of the frame are fixed by fixing device containing cam with working surface in shape of arc of the circle and stoppers of the length equal to the length of the cam arc.
