SUBSTANCE: amplitude fiber- optical converter of mechanical quantities has sensitive element in the form of membrane, pipe unions to apply external action on sensitive element, receiving and transmitting optical fibers. Sensitive element is made of monocrystalline silicon and regular cells in the form of recesses with dimensions an order of wavelength greater than wave of radiation incident on working surface of sensitive element and at least an order of magnitude less than thickness of rigid center of membrane are manufactured in working surface of sensitive element.
