FIELD: medical equipment, particularly, devices of closed chest massage by method of active compression and decompression. SUBSTANCE: device may be applicable in cases of stopping of man heart activity under various conditions (home, at working station, in ambulance, etc.). Device has contact member in from of flexible cup forming working chamber in contact with chest. Means for transmission of force to contact member is made in form of hollow rod provided with flexible supporting disk and pusher with spring. Introduced into hollow rod is additional rod rigidly connected with pusher. Additional spring with bushing is installed in lower part of hollow rod. Control mechanism is installed on hollow rod is lower than that of pusher spring.
