METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SHELL ARTICLES AND REINFORCEMENT Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B65D81/03 F17C1/04 C23C4/12 

FIELD: aerospace engineering, motor industry and shipbuilding, storage and transportation equipment of various gases and liquids under pressure, in particular, production of shell articles.

SUBSTANCE: before application of matrix-forming materials in an inflatable model with the reinforcement applied onto it, an excess pressure is built up providing for a tight adjoining of the reinforcement to the model surface and formation of elastic stresses in the reinforcement material of such a value that after application of the matrix-forming material and removal of pressure inside the model the presence of volumetric compressive stresses would be provided in the applied matrix-forming materials. The matrix-forming materials are applied by gas-thermal deposition on the reinforcement repeating the configuration of the ready-made ARTICLE. The reinforcement is made in the form of a folding net, whose cells are obtained by combination of linear elements and spring in a movable joint. The reinforcement is applied onto the inflatable model of the article of elastic materials.

EFFECT: provided production of shell articles for transportation and storage of substances corresponding to the requirements to the high-pressure vessel.
