GAS CLEANER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: conditioning systems+ADs- separation of moisture, oil, water-oil emulsion and dust. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in pipelines running from compressors and fan of different types to consumers and suction pipelines laid to compressors and fans. Proposed gas cleaner has housing with gas inlet and outlet branch pipes, stopper, separation chamber, drain hole, recirculation pipe, tangential swirler made in form of slot and arranged in wall of separation chamber, recirculation pipe arranged in swirler discharge zone, slot traps made in form of oblique slots and located in separation chamber wall, ring trap arranged between wall and housing of separation chamber. Discharge channel is made in form of tube at swirler side. Drain pipe is installed on separation chamber housing from side of discharge channel. Collecting tank is connected with drain pipe. Discharge pipe is connected with recirculation pipe, and inlet branch pipe is made in form of scroll. EFFECT: enlarged sphere of application, improved reliability, reduced resistance and gas losses. 2 dwg
