SUBSTANCE: bridge breaker-cleaner has working members in form of knives with side and end face cutting edges and working members moving mechanism including two rockers and two tie-rods forming articulated parallelogram. Knives are rigidly secured on tie-rods, being arranged transversely relative to tie-rods, and form pairs, each including one knife secured on each tie-rod. End face cutting edges pointed to each other are arranged opposite to each other. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation due to increased area of action of breaker-cleaner. 3 cl, 3 dwg
