FIELD: utilization of sea wave energy for enhancing thrust. SUBSTANCE: hollow horizontal shaft 4 is articulated to ship's brackets 9. Mounted in hollow shaft 4 are: shaft 14 of propeller 21 and two transmission lines with half-shaft 15 and 16 interconnected by means of overrunning clutches 17. Half-shafts 15 are thrown into engagement with gear wheel 12 by means of gears 18; gear wheel 12 is connected with bracket 9. Secured on half-shaft 16 is gear 19 thrown into engagement with gear 20 found on propeller shaft 14. Secured on other half-shaft 16 is sprocket 22 connected with sprocket 24 fitted on propeller shaft 14 by means of chain 23. At sea swell, wing strut fitted on shaft 4 rotates it in different directions. Transmission lines ensure rotation of propeller 21 in one direction only, thus creating additional thrust for ship. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
