FIELD: water processing equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electrolytic unit for decomposing portion of water flowing through system into hydrogen and oxygen. Electrolytic unit has plurality of membrane-type electrolytic cells. Mixing unit and regulating system for setting required water pressure are positioned downstream of electrolytic unit. Apparatus is used for hydrogen enrichment of water flowing through system.
