SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel modified nucleoside-5'-triphosphates of the general formula: R'''-P(= O)OH-CXX''-P(=O)OH-O-P(=O)OH--A- B where B means thymine, adenine, uracil or 5-ethyluracil; A has a formula (I) where R' means H or N3; R'' means H; or R and R''' in common form a double bond; Z is O or CH2; R''' means Ph, OAlkyl, OPh, NHPh; X' = X'' and mean Br, F; or X' is H and X'' is Br. New compounds are antiviral agents, in part, they are able to inhibit the reproduction of human immunodeficiency virus in human lymphocyte culture.
