SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary internal combustion engine contains stationary housing with cylindrical working chamber accommodating rotor installed on output shaft and engaging with surface of working chamber, and at least one spring-loaded cutoff mounted on rotor for translational and engagement with surface of working chamber. According to invention, engine is furnished with support and sealing rings installed for rotation in ring grooves made on working surface of housing. Said rings are provided with stones for interaction with cutoffs. EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of engine. 2 cl, 8 dwg
