FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separately administering lidocaine, galanthamine hydrobromide, pipolphen and Voltaren solutions into pterygopalatine fossa and retrobulbar space at doses of 1.0, 0.07, 0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg of body weight. Then, gonioplastic repair of inferior hemisphere using argon laser with wavelength of 514 nm, 350-450 mW, 0.1-0.2 s exposure time spot diameter of 50-100 mcm in 40-60 applications. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in alleviating attack without surgical intervention being applied.
