FIELD: medicine, sorbents. SUBSTANCE: method involves immobilization of α₂-macroglobulin on a solid carrier and the following treatment with a modifying agent of thiolester loop. Immobilized α₂-macroglobulin is treated additionally with N-acetylneuraminic acid before blockade of nonreacted active carrier groups. Optimal results are obtained in concentration of N- acetylneuraminic acid 0.5-1.2 mg/ml of reagent mixture.
