To enhance reliability of diagnosis before sorption on solid phase the total antigen is absorbed by immobilized complex "streptococcus protein G - human immunoglobulin" and detection of antibodies is carried out using conjugate "streptococcus protein G horse radish peroxidase". Invention provides the improvement of serum diagnosis method of Helicobacter pylori infection by immunoenzyme analysis, enhancement of its sensitivity and information content.
