FIELD: auxiliary equipment for flying vehicles; landing of aircraft under bad weather conditions. SUBSTANCE: alighting gear includes base of data on objects located near aerodrome, units for accurate determination of flying vehicle position and correlation. These units are connected with sensor (radar), navigation units and data base. Names of objects in data base comply with their characteristics in one or more spectral bands of sensor. Units of accurate determination of flying vehicle position perform calculations by triangulation method using three names of above- mentioned ground objects. Accurate position of these objects is introduced in data base. EFFECT: possibility of landing aircraft under any weather conditions at low capital outlays. 8 cl, 3 dwg
