FIELD: GPS and GLONASS global satellite positioning systems. SUBSTANCE: device has radio signal receiving circuit with antenna 10, frequency transformation circuits 18, analog-to-digital converter 38, which operates at very high rate for GLONASS channel, and signal processing circuits, which includes several general-purpose channels, which can equally receive signals of GPS and GLONASS systems. Circuit 40 uses programmed pseudorandom code generator and phase servo control circuit, which uses local oscillator for generation of local transformed carrier frequency. Said local oscillator is controlled in order to provide initial frequency for establishing synchronism with satellite signal. This results in possibility to eliminate dependence on specific satellite network and to use another network, when one of them fails. EFFECT: possibility to receive signals and to detect position using satellites of GPS and GLONASS systems. 10 cl, 3 dwg
